I was thinking 'I wish I could stand far enough away from my buggy in my garage, to take a full picture of it'.
The plastic covers are a good idea too. Mine's always covered in shop dust.

Yea, I store my buggy in an enclosed trailer with 3 quads, when I have to work on it, I stuff it in the garage, but its very tight

I though someone made a weld on flanges for the inside of the a-arm for the IRS. That seems a lot easyer than changing it all,  unless your old one is bad.  Orrr put a aftermarket light weight tube housing and move the motor back so you can use the 3x5 A arms and get more travel.

Hey Dave
Yep the old swing had been cracked twice and I just wanted to get rid of it. Also I had the IRS torsion from a parts car
and it is in good shape so I'm using it. Ill prolly never have the money for much longer travel. my budget for this
project is less than 1000 and I'm at the 600 dollar mark now.

Thanks for the input

Pics in a few Minuit's
