Anyone stayed at both Jellystone and the state park campground.  Just wondering how the cleanliness of the bathrooms were .

We were up at Jellystone a couple years ago and they didn't seem to bad.

Although it looks like Jellystone is $42 per night onthe weekend vs $27 at the state park.

Big difference to have access to a pool.

We stay at the state park all the time.  The bathrooms are cleaned daily and the lots are grass (on the lake side).  As for Jellystone stayed there a couple times last year and just felt everyone was camped on top of each other, granted they have a pool but who wants to go swimming in a pool that has tons of little kids in it.  I will take my chances and swim in the lake!

Thanks, Are the the camp sites big enough to easily pull in and out with a trailer?  I think the campsite #44 was the one that had an open reservation.  I think that is one or two rows off the lake.

Lot 44 is not bad and yes you can get in and out with a trailer.  Watched a guy with a 40+ft coach back into one of those spots on that row.  You may also want to try ADA site, those are the ones with the cement slabs.

jelly stone was alright, didnt like you firing up the toys, and it was a bit cramped, but still clean and orderly, yet still my personal choice is the state park
