I personally left memorial day early because of MFer's going the wrong way. it happened friday night and saturday. they almost hit me and then my wife who was driving behind me. I don't know who you are, but thank God that they are doing a crack down. sucks for now, but it is better than a closing due to so many accidents.

Memo to those that waved to me and smiled when I pointed to the wrong way sign, I"m still looking for a fight, you took my wife and i's life in your hands, hope the DNR gets you first, next one gets F'd up

this comes under the catergory of:

don't F with a man's family.  NO?

I am glad they are giving out more tickets in the parking area. People think they have to do a burn out or donut and it makes a big dust storm with rocks and sh--tt flying at cars and trucks.

last week-end i had a quad pass me in the entrance.i was right by the signs going 15 m.p.h. and the dnr already had somebody pulled over right where the guy passed me!i'm thinking "there's 2 signs,1 says 15 m.p.h. ,1 says no passing , there's already 1 guy getting a ticket ,and this bozo disregards both signs right in front of the dnr?"what kind of fine do they give for stupidity?last year i asked the dnr if i could pull over, stop, and let faster vehicles pass me when i'm going under 15 m.p.h. in the army truck and they said yes.i better ask again this year.

yeah, I havn't had people pass me with out my say so on the entrance. When it is really rough, I take it easy and slow, so I will wave the quads past if I don't see anyone else they might annoy. But if they just passed I'd be pissed, I need time to roll the windows up so I don't get blasted!

Well, good ole Jack Warfield is up to it again.  On the Agenda for last nights Golden Twp. Board meeting was, "discuss complaints about people on quads on trailers."  Seems Jack complained to the Police about this, and was told there is not a law against this, but if Golden Twp. was to pass a Ordinance making it illegal, then they could issue a ticket.  So Jack wrote a letter asking the board to this.  The township board basically felt it was not their place to make such a ordinance and would send Jack a letter informing him of their position.
Now anybody that knows Jack, knows he will probably not let it end that easily.

Why would you want to sit on a quad while it is on a trailer?  :???:  I don't get it you look dumb going down the road sitting on a quad that is being towed on a trailer or I have even seen it in the back of a truck. To myself that just kind of sounds like a common sense sort of thing.

they do it because then the three person truck can haul 6 quads and their riders with out getting pulled over. also they only go like 15 mph. it helps keep from having two trucks show up, one with just people in it. it lets more people into the dunes. that's just the way I see it.

We need to see if there is no parking signs around his place. If not we can all park along the road and block in his place.
