anyone know the age or cc classes for kids?

I want to put both of my girls in this year.  My 6 year old has a 50cc.  I am looking for a new quad for my 9 year old, but want to find out some of size rules befoee I buy anything.

What's the difference between a 3 and 4 wheeler?  A quad is like riding a mechanical bull.  The 3 wheeler is like riding the real thing!

I think I found what I was looking for on west michigan's site.  Ages 3-10 would be in the "mighty midget" class, and can't be faster than 10 seconds.  No motor size limits listed.

anyone have a quad recomendation for a 10 second quad?  My 9 year old is a great rider and the raptor 50 is waaaaaay to slow for her.  I'd like to get her something she can grow into.  4 stroke and electric start for sure.

My daughter is going to race a 250ex in the mighty midgets. Just have to turn the throttle screw in.  My sons ds90 was 9 seconds without turning it down.

the thought of a 250ex with the optional clutch crossed my mind.  Good quad to teach them how to use a clutch

My kids have been racing for about 3 years now, my daughter runs a 50cc Kazuma, right around 16 sec, depending on the track. My sons 70cc Eton runs 11s with the small paddles on the rear, we set it up to run hard out of the hole and would just burn up the stock knobbies otherwise. It doesn't matter if your kids run 10sec or 20 sec, if they can cut a light, they can go rounds. I know my kids love to race, these days they do more of it than I do.
