Well its time to make the rhino a little faster and dune ready.  So far i have bought a set of walker evans res. shocks set up for the 4 seater, msd controller, greasless sliders and 18 gram rollers from hunterworks and a gold secondary spring. I picked up some 12x8 chrome rims to mount paddles and front runners on.  The only thing i have not decided on is paddles.  I am leaning towards the new Doonz paddles they are 25.5x13x12 8 paddles.  All the reviews on them come back great and say they are as good as the scats.

Sounds like a good project!  Any plans for a little more suspension travel and wider stance?  I'm sure the shocks will help, but some longer A-arms will really make a big difference.  Going from my standard RZR to the S model with the +5 suspension was a night and day difference in stability and comfort.

I have read a lot of good stuff on the doonz also, but aren't they a molded paddle?  If so, they will be quite a bit heavier than Skat's.  I have 25" 7 paddle extreme's on my RZR-S and they are great for a stock motor machine.  I talked to a few guys who tried different combos, and the 25" 7 paddle with smoothies on the front was by far the quickest setup.  The 8 paddle was a little too much for a stock machine, but perfect for the modded ones.

NO long travel or wider arms, maybe next year.  I am going to be about 6-7inches wider total with the new offset wheels. So that should help alot.  I think most people run around 5 psi in utv paddles.

I think a lot of guys run between 5 and 7 lbs, I really haven't toyed around with mine enough to find out what works best...but I think they were around 5 lbs most of last year.

A little update.  Got the clutch work and msd on.  I got it up to 50mph on my road and had to stop for the stop sign.LOL  Allot better than the stock limited 42mph.  The Walker evans shocks ride 100 times better than the stockers.   Got the front and rear dune tires mounted too.

I am going to add ridtech atv air ride shocks to the rear of my four seat rhino to carry the additional load.

Paddles made a huge differance. With all the things I added this year its now a blast in the dunes.  I had it up to 48mph on the old drag flat next to the mini lake on friday.  That was with me and 3 kids in it.
